About Maria Shkreli
Maria Shkreli is the creator of The Cycle Breaker Method™, a structured workplace behavioral system designed to identify repeated patterns, stabilize professional interactions, and improve organizational consistency through professional response.
With experience across both corporate and small business environments, Maria observed a recurring issue that appeared across industries, leadership structures, and workplace cultures: instability was often reinforced through repeated communication patterns, inconsistent responses, unclear expectations, emotional escalation, and normalized workplace dysfunction.
Over time, these observations expanded through her work with individuals from diverse professional backgrounds, including higher education, fund management, banking, healthcare, leadership roles, corporate organizations, and small business environments. Across industries, one pattern remained consistent — many workplace challenges followed predictable behavioral and communication cycles regardless of the profession itself.
Rather than focusing solely on isolated incidents or individual personalities, Maria became increasingly focused on the systems that reinforce instability over time. She observed that many organizations unintentionally normalize reactive communication, inconsistent leadership responses, unclear accountability, and repeated escalation patterns that gradually shape workplace culture.
The final push to formally develop The Cycle Breaker Method™ came after observing repeated instability and communication breakdowns within a highly structured professional environment during a hospital recovery experience. What stood out was not a single interaction, but the predictability of the patterns themselves — emotional reactivity, inconsistent responses, communication breakdowns, and the normalization of unstable interactions under pressure.
That experience reinforced a realization that had already been building across years of observing workplace environments: instability is often not random. It becomes reinforced through repeated professional interactions and response patterns over time.
The Cycle Breaker Method™ was ultimately developed as a structured framework designed to interrupt those patterns through consistent professional response.
Rather than relying on motivation-based approaches, personality-focused systems, or temporary behavioral interventions, The Cycle Breaker Method™ focuses on creating more stable professional environments through reinforcement awareness, communication consistency, and repeated operational responses over time.
Today, the method serves as a workplace framework designed to help organizations, leaders, teams, and employees:
-
recognize repeated workplace patterns
-
reduce escalation and reactive communication
-
strengthen professional consistency
-
improve workplace accountability
-
stabilize communication systems
-
create healthier and more predictable professional environments
Maria is also the author of multiple books focused on behavioral patterns, dysfunctional systems, communication dynamics, and workplace stability.
The Cycle Breaker Method™ was created as a practical, real-world framework designed for modern professional environments where repeated patterns often become normalized long before they are recognized.
